The staff was friendly.
The bed was uncomfortable and the hotel seems a little old.

This hotel is very convenient in terms of location. I would prefer for the amount of money spent for a continental breakfast. The workout room was okay too. The machines all worked fine.

The staff was great - helpful, friendly, and pleasant.
The room felt cramped and crowded - poorly laid out.

We had a few issues - nothing incredibly major. The desk had a lamp with electrical outlets built in so that you could plug in an appliance like a laptop - but the outlets didn't work, the lamp worked, but the outlets didn't. The room seemed crowded - not not sure why - the armoire was in a bad place - with no hooks in it. Beautiful facility, friendly and competent staff. Free internet and business center printing is a plus. Will definitely stay there again!

Great staff.
Would liked to have had room service, however the hotel was well prepared for suggestions on delivery.

I thought the hotel staff was very pleasant and helpful. The rooms were cozy warm and clean.

It was clean, the linens were soft, & the bed was very comfortable. The woman who worked the front desk recommended a wonderful place for breakfast!
The side door lock was broken after the engineer went home for the weekend & we had to walk around the building to enter.

Lovely stay, the staff was wonderful & accommodating. It was easy to find, the beds were comfortable, & it even had a fridge in the room.
